Minecraft Circle Chart
Block templates for common circle sizes. Each card shows a one-block outline, the total number of blocks, and, for smaller sizes, how many blocks to place in each row.
The circle is drawn with the same method as the Minecraft circle generator, so a template here is identical to what the tool gives for that diameter. For a size that is not listed, or for a filled or thicker circle, open the generator. For a table that covers every diameter, use the size chart.
How to read a template
- Size is the width and height in blocks. A 9 × 9 template fits exactly inside a 9 by 9 square.
- Row counts list the number of blocks in each row, starting at the top row and ending at the centre row. The bottom half repeats them in reverse.
- The orange cross marks the centre. On odd sizes it sits in the middle of a block; on even sizes it sits on the corner shared by four blocks.

Using a chart template
Mark the centre in your world first, then build the rows from the top down, checking each row count as you go. Since the shape is symmetric, you can build a single quarter and repeat it around the centre. If you want to keep track of progress, open the size in the generator and switch on build mode. The guide to making a circle in Minecraft goes through the whole process. To place a template with /fill or WorldEdit instead, see the circle commands page.
